A caregiver is defined as a family member, friend and/or neighbour who provides support, assistance and/or care, for family members and friends in need in any capacity or length of time.

This website is designed to help caregivers and healthcare providers across Huron and Perth counties find local services, programs and resources. The website was co-designed by a team of caregivers and healthcare providers in Huron and Perth Counties through the Connecting the Dots for Caregivers project.
